BrEaThE...

Its a nice feeling when someone talks to you... and when you can make them feel comfortable by choosing the right words to talk to them... happened with me today... hope it happens more often...

Prashant:
How have you been doing?

Friend:
Hmm okish
And u

Prashant:
I a li'il better then okish :)

Friend:
Aha.....i hope some of the optimism rubs on to me

Prashant:
Hmm...
Hope so too
Optimism is easy
You just have to ignore the negative thought...

Friend:
Hmmm
But when ur swimming in the midst on -ve thoughts
ok i am really pissed off

Prashant:
when you are swimming in water, you still need air na

Friend:
I wouldn’t mind chopping off a few heads

Prashant:
so even after being totally wet and almost drowning, you try to come up to the surface and breathe
and once you can do that breathing again, you are comfortable in water as well...

Friend:
:)
ok

Prashant:
Breathing at ease and swimming at will...

  1. So you are suggesting it is okay to keep marinating in negative thoughts if you take timely doses of Optimism????? ;)

  2. @ kanu...
yes its totally natural... most of us do marinate in the negative a lot of times... and keep finding positives in between...

    however, guess what...

you are always swimming to be on the shore !!! not to stay in water for the rest of your life :)

  3. Apparently...but there are those who swim too long in the negative and forget to take that breath of life....

slowly the body sinks into the abyss as they fight the urge to hold on to that log that would guide you through to the shore....

  4. @ kanu...

correct... they are the ones who are swimming away from the shore, or probably swimming just next to the shore not trying to look up and see if there is land anywhere...

so basically they gotta look around and find the shore too... just swimming, just breathing would not help na...
