It definately sounds corporate and i dont like the sound of it. it makes me feel like some company is trying to manipulate its subject. calling a "cripple", a "challenged" doesnt change the fact that the person is a cripple. Same applies here.
# soo... what to do to make this statement sound like an encouraging introspective statement?

lets keep this discussion open for you and me... we will do it one on one sometime... while i sincerely thing that i would treat all my mistakes to help me improve, i would also like to see how things are from others' point of view..
# shweta... next time mat karo... aur ho sake to kisi aur ko karne se rok lo... hui ke nai improvement opportunity?
the movie beautiful mind had the comment, every failure increases the probability of success thereafter...So a mistake is something from which u have learned and also reduced probability of failures in future.....
Choice of words can cause a paradigm shift. I’ll like to share two examples…
In our organization there was a suggestion to start referring to our desks as “Quality-Stations” instead of “Work-Stations” as a reminder that we are not supposed to be merely working but producing quality stuff.
Our Creative Director doesn’t like any one in our team to be refereed as a ‘resource’ he calls us ‘talents’.
There are some people who learn such stuff from books…and then there are some people who are gifted with aptitude to learn from life. Pupils of ‘Life’ are lucky…because they get personalized attention from the perpetual teacher.
# ankur... true... and i guess that an improvement opportunity enough...
# priyanka... correct... and not for anyone else or because of anyone else, this choice of words can be done for yourself to make things better and look at things from a different perspective...
